Please
note the following conditions apply: |

- A
12% Service Charge is added on the final bill.
- Kindly
note prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- R19.00
corkage fee per bottle of wine.
- Fees
include 14% VAT.
- The
balance of the account must be settled on or before
the function.
- Please
confirm your final arrangements with the restaurant
at your earliest convenience, but not later than two
weeks before the function.
- A
total cancellation or large reduction in GUESTS numbers
will result in cancellation fees being levied / charged,
should the restaurant not able to resell the function
room.
- Cancelled
bookings must be received in writing; no less than
14 working days prior to the conference date of which
an administrative fee of 20% of the total cost of
conference is payable.
- Please
note, that if coordinator is used, the set-up will
be on him/her entirely.
(Full set-up for function) i.e.: includes florist,
chair covers, presents etc…
- All
decorations and flowers are on own account.
- Bar
close at 23:55 (no terms)
- All
decor must be removed on day of function unless pre-arrangement
made with management.
- We
are not responsible for anything left behind.
- Please
note the outside Lapa is not currently in use due
to refurbishment.
